Fresh Handmade Pasta - SD

A hands-on cooking workshop in Vista where participants make fettuccine by hand and prepare a tomato sauce, led by Chef Donna at The Workshop at Sae Kitchen.

Led by Chef Donna, this cooking class follows the full sequence of a simple Italian-style meal. Participants mix a pasta dough, knead it, let it rest, then roll it out and cut it into fettuccine. While the pasta is being prepared, they build a tomato sauce seasoned with basil, olive oil, and pepper, and the session ends with everyone sharing the dishes they made.

All equipment and ingredients for the fettuccine and the sauce are provided, so nothing needs to be brought for the cooking itself. Guests may bring their own drinks, since BYOB is welcome for this class. The pace is described as easy, and the class is structured so that people who cook regularly and people who prefer to watch and assist can both take part.
