Jessie Reyez: A Little Vengeance Tour

Jessie Reyez's A Little Vengeance Tour brings the Canadian singer and songwriter to the Fox Theater in Oakland, with music that draws on R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae.

Jessie Reyez is a Canadian singer and songwriter born in Toronto in 1991. Active since 2014 and signed to Island Records, the artist works in contemporary R&B. Their first album, BEFORE LOVE CAME TO KILL US, was released in 2020 and marks the start of the discography that this tour draws on.

The music sits across R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae, so the songs blend rhythmic grooves with soulful vocals and songwriting that stays close to personal material. The tour carries the title A Little Vengeance, placing this stop in the current run of Reyez's touring under that name.

The Fox Theater in Oakland hosts concerts and shows, and this evening suits listeners who follow contemporary R&B and soul and want to hear Reyez's songwriting performed in person.
